RODENS APPLICATION TO BECOME A CAFO

On January 9th, 2024 the application for the WPDES permit was placed on the DNR website. Please follow the links to see what the farm is applying for at this time! The DNR is a separate issue but relates to the rezone because if the Town does allow them to have the 4 parcels rezoned the Town will then loose control over the farm and they could grow larger in the future.

Currently, the Roden farm is not compliant with current Town of Trenton as well as State of Wisconsin zoning as they are currently at 1400 animal units and with there current zoning, EA they are only allowed to have 750 animal units! Please look at the maps for fields he farms as these are the areas of concern for water contamination. If your located near one of those fields we suggest getting your well tested.
